Change the whole concept that what you are doing is working. Wipe all of that out-and you can make it retroactive. Every time you think about all the work you have to do and you feel such a sense of burden, think about all the service you have the oppor-tunity to render. That will cause the disintegration of some old attitude and concepts. And when you think with dread, "O no, I have to go to work today," think instead, "Thank God I have the opportunity to be of service." Wipe out this consciousness of working. You're not working for anyone. You're serving the Beloved in everyone. Hear it! Shift the consciousness. Any-thing you do with love is not work; it's a joy, it's a privilege, it's an opportunity.
Start imagining what the workplace is going to be like everywhere when people get out of the consciousness that they're working and replace it with awareness of the privilege of being of service; because that consciousness allows each of us to manifest the light that is within us, to share the light, to unfold our innate divine potencies. How else are you going to give unless you do everything with the consciousness of service? That's when work becomes an expression of wisdom. And work with wisdom is Yoga.
Don't fret about the work at hand, whether you can succeed. Why worry about the outcome? Worrying about the outcome is not going to make the outcome lovely or successful, nor will it bring peace to you or anyone else. Worry doesn't do it. Worry is the human indulgence of the ego.
Don't entertain any anxious thoughts. The only time you are justified to have anxious thoughts about tomorrow is if you have not paid attention to the matters at hand today. If you want to be free from worry, pay attention to what you're doing from moment to moment. Be mindful. Practice mindfulness. And do it with as much love as possible.
