The Christ-consciousness is not a goal; it is the means to a goal. The goal is to live in Christ-consciousness in thought, word, and action.
Once you attain the Christ-consciousness, your mission begins, then and only then does your mission begin. It's only by putting love into action that it becomes the transforming, uplifting, healing power in the universe.
The wisdom of Christ-consciousness has no power till it is expressed in action, or more specifically, in interactions with others. Of what use is a truffle recipe if you don't make it and share it with others to enjoy?
It's easy to talk about the truth, but where are the works? It's easy to claim to have faith in God, but what is faith without works?

Christ-consciousness is not limited to any personality. If it were, it would lose the right to be called Christ-consciousness. Wisdom, truth, Christ- consciousness is impersonal.
Christ-consciousness is a matter of expressing what is, not acquiring what you want.
In Christ-consciousness you cannot speak about oneness with the Father; you are in oneness. Jesus-consciousness would express that as "I and the Father are one."
